Coding Games, Animations Using Python (Flex)

Course Overview: 
This class helps learners immerse into a foundation of creating games, 3D animations and other visual stories using the python interface. It is a tutor-led class that shows students how to make their own personalized games and explore new creative contents. Students can create animations in Python by calling a plot function inside of a loop (usually a for-loop). The main tool for making animations in Python is the matplotlib.

Learning Goals:

• Students will know how to create an animation with pygame.
• Students will be able to use a clock to set the speed of your program.
• Learners will be able to use basic trigonometric functions in animations
• Students will be able to define the structure and components of a Python program
• Learners will learn how to write loops and decision statements in Python.
• Students will learn how to write functions and pass arguments in Python. To learn how to build and package Python modules for reusability
• Students will understand the golden secrets behind computer animation using python
• Learners will be prepared to take on Web development, app development,  and game development
• Class projects of different types to be concluded
• Assessments

Necessary Requirement before the class: 
Students will need a laptop, good internet, headphones, paper in form of a notepad, and a pen.

Necessary online resources will be shared within the program.
